1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of this website and any white-label print and fulfillment partnership entered into with Dixon Media Limited, trading as Silta. By using this website or entering into a partnership with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Who we are

Silta is operated by Dixon Media Limited (Company Registration No. 3257505), with registered office at 17/F, Yam Tze Commercial Building, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, incorporated in Hong Kong SAR.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for registered businesses (including sole traders) operating a print-on-demand, art or related retail brand. This website is not intended for individual consumers purchasing wall art for personal use.

4. Services

Silta provides white-label printing and fulfillment of wall art products — including canvas, framed prints, posters, metal and acrylic prints — on behalf of partner brands, for onward sale to their own customers.

5. Orders, production and delivery

Production and delivery timelines are indicative and vary by product and destination — see our Services page for current estimates. Confirmed service levels for a given partnership are agreed separately during onboarding.

6. White-label commitment

Products are packaged and shipped without Silta branding, so that your customers see only your brand, except where product labelling is required by applicable law (e.g. country-of-origin marking), in which case we will comply with such requirements.

7. Partner content and intellectual property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any artwork, designs or content you submit for printing. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.

8. Pricing and payment

Pricing and payment terms are agreed individually with each partner upon inquiry and are set out in a separate commercial agreement/quote, not published on this site.

9. Quality and reprints

We aim to catch production defects before an order ships. If a partner receives a defective print, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a reprint or credit, subject to review.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential business information private, and to use it only for the purposes of the partnership.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silta's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the partner in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Silta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Term and termination

Either party may end a partnership in accordance with the terms agreed during onboarding, or with reasonable written notice where no separate agreement is in place.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
