1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect or not as described
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Please note: All artworks are produced on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind once production has started.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos showing:
- The damaged area(s)
- The packaging condition
- The shipping label
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following options:
- Replacement — a new item sent at no additional cost
- Full refund — issued to your original payment method
4. Refund Process
Once a return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
