Thank you for shopping at WallArt.Market, operated by VITAL ROOTS MARKET PTY (“we,” “us,” “our”). We take pride in offering high-quality wall art products — including canvas art, posters, and framed prints — and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed on wallart.market.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received was incorrect or not as described

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Because all wall art is printed and framed on demand, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” once production has started.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps, including return authorization and shipping instructions.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos showing:

  • The damaged area(s)
  • The packaging condition
  • The shipping label

We will review your claim and, once approved, offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement: A new item will be sent at no cost
  • Full refund: Returned to your original payment method

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized artwork
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products not in their original condition or damaged due to misuse

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Shipping Your Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address.
Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
