Yes! wallart.market ships worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and destination. You’ll see the exact shipping fee displayed in your cart after entering your shipping address at checkout.
Orders placed as a guest aren’t linked to your account. If you created your account after placing a guest order, that order won’t appear in your account history or tracking page.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your order has shipped. Most orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days.
If your artwork arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, please contact us at [email protected] and include photos of both the artwork and the shipping box. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Sometimes, transit can cause minor imperfections such as looseness, indentations, or creases. Our Canvas Care Guide provides simple steps to fix these minor issues so you can restore your artwork to perfect condition in just a few minutes—without needing an exchange.
If you received the wrong image or size, please email us at [email protected] and include photos of the artwork you received along with the UPC barcode (usually located on the back of the print). Once we receive your email, we’ll promptly process a replacement order for you.
We offer free shipping on all orders over R3000. For orders under R3000, a R500 shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
