Yes, Silta ships worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

If you placed your order as a guest or used a different email address, it may not appear in your account. You can always track your order using the Order Tracking page or contact our support team for assistance.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. This usually happens shortly after dispatch.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
